About Keeevo

What is Keeevo?

Keeevo is a digital legacy vault for Indian families. You record your assets, liabilities, insurance, important documents and the people who should receive them, so your family has one clear, organised record when they need it.

What can I store in my vault?

Property, gold and jewellery, mutual funds, fixed deposits, insurance policies, liabilities and supporting documents. If it has value or needs to be passed on, it belongs in your vault.

Is Keeevo free?

During our beta, the Legacy plan is free for 6 months. See the Pricing page for what each plan includes.

Does Keeevo replace a will or a financial adviser?

No. Keeevo helps you organise and communicate your wishes. The plain-language will tool is a self-help aid, not legal advice, and Keeevo does not provide investment, tax, insurance or legal advice. Please consult qualified professionals for formal advice.

Security and privacy

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. Sensitive data and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication) and protected in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, so they are never stored in readable form. Read more on the Security page.

Does Keeevo sell my data?

No. We never sell your data.

How is my account protected when I sign in?

Signing in needs your password and a one-time code sent to your email, unless you have chosen to remember a trusted device. You can also turn on authenticator-app two-factor authentication.

Who can see my information?

You can, and so can the beneficiaries you choose once the succession steps are completed. Inside Keeevo, access is limited by strict access controls and sensitive actions are logged.

What happens if I connect Gmail?

Connecting Gmail is optional. Keeevo asks for read-only access solely to find your CDSL and NSDL holding statements and does not read other emails. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes and deletes the stored access tokens.

Is the Artha AI assistant safe to use?

Artha uses Azure OpenAI Service under Keeevo's private Azure subscription, not the public OpenAI consumer service. Under Microsoft's terms, prompts and responses are not used to train models and are not shared with OpenAI.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and data. We delete personal information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records, such as transaction records for 7 years.

Family and succession

What is proof of life?

A short, periodic check-in that confirms you are active. If check-ins stop, Keeevo follows a verification process before anything is released to your family, so your vault is not opened prematurely.

How does my family get access?

Your beneficiary, or a trusted contact, submits a death certificate. Keeevo verifies it and, once verified, your beneficiaries receive time-limited access to a dedicated portal showing the assets and final messages you recorded for them.
