1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Keeevo ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Keeevo for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Keeevo
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server

3. Gmail & Email Integration

Keeevo offers optional integration with your Gmail account via Google OAuth to help import financial statements (e.g., Zerodha demat holdings). By connecting Gmail:

• You authorize Keeevo to access your Gmail on a read-only basis
• You can disconnect this access at any time from within the app or via your Google Account security settings
• Keeevo will only search for and process emails related to financial statements you choose to import

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Keeevo are provided on an "as is" basis. Keeevo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Keeevo or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Keeevo, even if Keeevo has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Keeevo could include technical or typographical errors. Keeevo does not warrant that any materials on its site are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes at any time without notice.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Keeevo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Transmitting unlawful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Keeevo's systems
• Interfering with the proper working of the service
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or code of a destructive nature

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Keeevo are owned by Keeevo or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

Keeevo may terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Modifications

Keeevo may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
