Is my data private from Keeevo?
Yes. We use end-to-end zero-knowledge encryption. Not even our engineers can view your files. You hold the master key.
What happens if I forget my password?
During setup, we generate a physical "Cold Recovery Key" which we recommend printing and storing in a safety locker. This is the only way to recover access.
Is the Lifetime plan truly lifetime?
The Legacy plan is a perpetual license. It is managed by our trust-based endowment fund ensuring server uptime and maintenance indefinitely.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Secure or from Secure to Legacy at any time. Upgrades are prorated - you only pay the difference for the remaining period.
What happens to my vault if I stop paying?
Your vault enters a 90-day read-only grace period. You can still access and export all your data. After 90 days, the vault is archived securely and can be reactivated anytime.
Is Keeevo compliant with Indian succession law?
Yes. The way Keeevo records nominees, legal heirs, and final wishes reflects how the Indian Succession Act, 1925, and the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 treat these roles, keeping your family's picture clear and consistent with Indian law.
How are my nominees notified after an event?
Keeevo uses a multi-step verification protocol. Trusted contacts submit a death certificate, which triggers a 30-day waiting period before any release - protecting against fraud.
Can I store physical asset details too?
Absolutely. Keeevo supports documentation of physical assets including property deeds, jewellery, vehicles, and locker details - with notes, photos, and nominee linkage.
Do you offer a family or joint plan?
The Legacy plan supports multi-member family access under a single ownership structure. We are also working on a dedicated Family Office plan for HUFs and joint families.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on Indian sovereign cloud infrastructure, fully compliant with DPDP Act 2023. We do not transfer personal data outside India under any circumstances.
